The App does not require you to create an account and does not ask for personal information such as your name, email address, mailing address, or phone number to use the App.
2.2 Score / game information
The App allows you to track pickleball points and games. Any scores or game details you enter are stored locally on your Apple Watch and/or paired iPhone (if applicable). We do not receive this information and do not store it on our servers.
2.3 Automatically collected information
We do not use third-party advertising SDKs and we do not collect information for tracking purposes. We do not collect device identifiers (such as IDFA) through the App.
Note: Apple may collect certain information as part of operating the App Store, providing subscriptions, and delivering Apple system services. This is handled under Apple’s own policies.
3) Subscriptions and Payments
The App may offer a free trial and, after the trial period ends, optional monthly and yearly subscriptions. Subscriptions are processed by Apple through your Apple ID using Apple’s in-app purchase system.
